This article we will discuss about - New pages for report layout administration.

With this series we will understand what's new the product and learn it before it becomes available for customers.

Business Value -

  • Users can use new and improved pages for report layout administration.

Feature details -

  • A new page, Report layouts, provides users with an overview of the different available layouts for reports. 
  • Both built-in layouts and layouts that are uploaded by the user are listed here. On this page, the user can export layout files and upload new versions of report layouts.
  • The Report layout selection page has been changed to make it easy to set the default layout to be used for a report.
  • This new page will display all Layouts for Microsoft, ISV and PTE Report Layout files. These files can be part of report, custom report layout and report extension developed.
  • Additional this provide all details like - Source Extension, File Path in Extension and Type.
  • Using this page User Can-
    • Create New Layout for a report.
    • Run Report with selected Layout.
    • Set Default Layout for a report.
    • Export a Report Layout.
    • Import a Report Layout.

Hi all, As a Navision developers I have Multiple Versions of Navision running in single Machine. As discussed Earlier in the post how to run multiple Version of RTC in single machine.
