Issue impacting Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dual Rights) - ** For BC 14.

Microsoft has identified an issue impacting you who are licensed for the on-premises version of Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dual Rights) that are purchased through the CSP Channel for the Spring 2019 release.

If you download a new license after August 16, 2019, and do not have the latest Cumulative Update 2 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Spring 2019 Update or a later version, the program will not be loaded and you will receive the following error message:

Your program license does not permit more users to work simultaneously. Wait until another user has stopped using the program. Contact your system administrator if you want to allow more simultaneous users on your system.

To resolve this issue, use the following steps:

  1. Update your current license.
  2. Install and upgrade to the latest available Microsoft Dynamics 365 Spring 2019 Update.
  3. Refresh and import the newly updated license.

For information about the previous Cumulative update released for Business Central on Prem, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015, NAV 2016, NAV 2017 & NAV 2018 please Navigate to Hotfix Label or follow the Link.
